Shacman New Energy 15-Ton Hook-Lift Garbage Truck

Built on a Shacman new energy chassis, the vehicle is powered by a 160kW motor and a 162.28kWh CATL lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, offering a constant-speed range of approximately 380 km. It features low noise, zero tailpipe emissions, and low operating costs, making it particularly suitable for areas with strict environmental and noise standards, such as residential communities, city streets, airports, and industrial parks. The vehicle is equipped with a 15-ton hook-lift system capable of loading a container in about 45 seconds; supporting both manual and wireless remote control, it eliminates the need for drivers to frequently get in and out of the cab, speeds up container swapping, and reduces labor requirements. A single vehicle can service multiple containers—hauling away full ones and immediately swapping in empty ones—thereby minimizing vehicle idle time and equipment procurement costs. A sealed rear door and leachate collection tank help prevent secondary pollution caused by scattered waste, wastewater leakage, and odors. Container dimensions and functions can be customized to meet specific needs; the vehicle can be used for transporting municipal solid waste, industrial solid waste, and construction debris, or rapidly converted into a supply transport vehicle or temporary collection unit for emergency relief operations.
